This is a translation for convenience. In case of doubt, the Italian version prevails.

1. Who we are

The BackToFirst service is provided by [Ced System], registered office [Via del Progresso 13 , 63821 Porto Sant Elpidio (Provincia)], VAT no. [SNGLNZ88L20D542Z], email info@backtofirst.it ("we", "us").

2. The service

BackToFirst is a browser extension that helps you manage your own listings on the Vinted platform: relisting, price changes, deletion, handling offers according to rules set by the user, and text suggestions generated with artificial intelligence.

BackToFirst is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Vinted, UAB, or any related company. Vinted is a trademark of its respective owners.

3. Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may use BackToFirst only on your own Vinted account or on accounts you are entitled to manage.
• You need a compatible browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera) open with an active Vinted session.

4. Use of the extension and user responsibility

By using BackToFirst you acknowledge and accept that:

• Vinted does not officially support third-party tools and its terms of use may restrict their use. Using the extension may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension or closure of your Vinted account;
• you alone are responsible for complying with Vinted's terms of use and applicable laws, and you decide whether, how much and how to use the extension;
• actions carried out by the extension (relisting, edits, deletions, offers sent or accepted) happen on your account according to the settings and rules you choose. You are responsible for the prices, thresholds and limits you set and for the resulting sales;
• texts and prices suggested by artificial intelligence are suggestions. Before applying them you must check they are correct, in particular the size, condition, flaws and authenticity of the item;
• relisting creates a new listing and loses the favourites and views of the previous one.

You may not use BackToFirst to send unsolicited messages, manage third-party accounts without permission, circumvent limits imposed by Vinted or for unlawful purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• restrictions, suspension or closure of your Vinted account resulting from use of the extension;
• sales completed, missed or made at prices other than desired, where they result from rules and settings chosen by the user;
• loss of favourites, views or listing position;
• malfunctions due to changes to the Vinted platform, the browser or the user's connection;
• indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

In any case our total liability does not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

These limitations do not apply in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and do not reduce the rights that the law grants to consumers and that cannot be excluded by contract.

6. Free trial and subscription

• Every new customer is entitled to a 7-day free trial. One trial per person and per payment method.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first period (monthly or yearly) of the chosen plan is charged.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
• Prices include VAT. Any price change will be notified by email at least 30 days before the renewal it applies to. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before the renewal.
• Payments are handled by Stripe (card, PayPal and other available methods). We do not store your card details.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account with the Manage subscription button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, until which you can keep using the service. If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason, by writing to info@backtofirst.it or from your account. If a charge has already been made in that period, we refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method.

9. Licence

With the subscription you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use BackToFirst for the duration of the subscription, on the maximum number of devices shown in the pricing section. The licence may not be assigned, resold or shared. The rights granted to users by law in relation to software remain unaffected.

10. Availability and updates

BackToFirst depends on the operation of the Vinted platform, which may change without notice. We undertake to update the extension within a reasonable time, but some features may be temporarily unavailable. If a main feature of your plan remains unavailable for more than 14 consecutive days, you can ask us for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

We do not guarantee sales results.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance; if you do not accept them you can cancel before they take effect.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction. For any issue, please write to us first at info@backtofirst.it: we reply within 3 working days.
